Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by us only if the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the time you hand your return package to the courier. This timeframe includes:

• 5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach us
• 3–5 business days to inspect and process the returned item
• 5–15 business days for your bank to complete the refund

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, go to the My Account section, select Complete Orders, and click on Return Item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.

Shipping Policy

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only)
Enjoy same-day delivery across Dubai for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Deliveries are made between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Please note that large items and products requiring installation are not eligible for same-day delivery.

Next-Day Delivery
For next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered on the following working day. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays.

Standard Delivery
Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions, and international shipping may not be available for all items.

When placing an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be displayed based on item availability and the delivery option selected. Final delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service.

Please note that shipping charges for many items are calculated based on weight. Product weights are listed on individual product pages, and all weights are rounded up to the nearest full unit in accordance with courier policies.

Installation Policy

For products that require installation, installation services will be scheduled separately after delivery. Installation may take approximately 3 to 5 working days, depending on product type and technician availability. Our team will contact you to confirm the installation date once your order has been processed.
