Shipping Policy

ELC Toys is committed to make the delivery process is quick and pleasant as possible because we know how important your goods will arrive on time and in perfect condition. In order to provide utmost satisfaction.

We deliver our Products only in United Arab Emirates. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier .

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 2 - 3 working Working Days and 5 to 8 working days on remote area in UAE. Delivery Fees will be flat rate of 25AED and all order above 100AED will be free shipping . Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Shop N Collect
All orders with Shop & Collect can be picked up 2 hours after placing the order.
If the item is not available in your selected store, our team will transfer it, which will take 24 hours in Dubai and 48 hours in other regions. Our team will notify you via your provided email once your order is ready for collection.

How quickly can I receive my order?
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Delivery inside the UAE will takes 24 to 48 working hours. All orders from 12:00 pm will process in the next day.

What if I receive mistake items?
If you notice that your order is not the item you order or something missing on your order you have a right to refused the item and don’t pay anything to them.

What if I’m not available to receive my order and I want to reschedule?
Our courier will call you before the delivery however if you are not available to receive you item our courier will reschedule your order in next day delivery
