Shipping policy

At ELC Toys, we do our best to make sure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. We know how exciting it is to receive your items, and we’re here to make the delivery process smooth and hassle-free.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates only. All deliveries are handled by our trusted third-party courier partners.

Delivery Times

  • Major cities: 2–3 working days

  • Remote areas: 5–8 working days

A flat delivery fee of AED 25 applies to all orders within the UAE. Enjoy free delivery on orders above AED 100.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day. To avoid any delays, please make sure your full address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Express Delivery - 2 to 3 HRS (Selected Areas Only)
Need it fast? Enjoy our Express Delivery service available within a 10 km radius of our store locations. If your address is eligible, you’ll be able to select Express Delivery at checkout.

Place your order before 9:00 PM and receive it within just 2 to 3 hours! Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

Please note that outdoor items and products requiring installation are not eligible for Express Delivery. 

Outdoor & Large Items

Some larger items, such as outdoor play equipment and ride-on products that require installation, are shipped directly from the warehouse. These items may take a little longer to arrive due to installation requirements.

For items that are available only in-store, please allow an extra 24 hours for collection before dispatch.

Shop & Collect

Prefer to pick up your order? Our Shop & Collect option makes it easy:

  • Orders are usually ready for pickup within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • If the item isn’t available at your selected store, we’ll transfer it for you:

    • Within city limits: up to 24 hours

    • Other regions: up to 48 hours

  • You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday to Saturday and aim to have them ready within 24 hours. Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you notice that an item is incorrect or missing when your order arrives, you can refuse the delivery, and no payment will be required. Our team will be happy to assist you further.

Missed Delivery or Rescheduling

Our courier will contact you before delivery. If you’re not available at the scheduled time, no worries—your delivery will be rescheduled for the next working day.
