The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Dubai and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to pursue the protection of our rights with respect to intellectual property rights and confidential information through the courts. For this purpose, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We use Our delivery team to deliver our Orders. We do not sell or deliver to any countries if prohibited by UAE law, Qatar law, or OFAC sanctions. Your order may incur customs duties and taxes at its destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
