Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Dubai, UAE in English and governed by Dubai law pursuant to the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai), as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Dubai and is independent of either party. 7. DELIVERY
We use Our delivery team to deliver our Orders. We do not sell or deliver to any countries if prohibited by UAE law, Qatar law, or OFAC sanctions. Your order may incur customs duties and taxes at its destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
A single order may be split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and/or weight limits for parcels. You should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to your monthly credit card or debit card statement & nbsp.
